Reservations & Policies

We are closed for the 2014 season. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back next year!

At this time we do not have an online booking option. In order to make a reservation, please call or email us. Our phone number is (541) 899-3998, and can also be found on our "Contact" page. For room availability, please check the calendar at the bottom of this page.

 

This is a non-smoking inn!

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets or children under 11 years of age.

 

BREAKFAST, CHECK-IN, & CHECK-OUT:

Breakfast is at 8:00 am sharp! Coffee and snacks are set out at 7:30 am for earlier risers.
(Please note that if you require an earlier breakfast, we will need to be notified at the time you make your reservation. We regret that we cannot accommodate a breakfast time later than 8 am.)

CHECK-IN is from 2:00-4:00 pm.

CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am.

Due to the nature of our establishment, we cannot accept a check-in time any later than 9 pm!

While we make every effort to accommodate guest schedules & circumstances, please note the following:

1) If you are checking in at 6 pm or later, there will be a $20 late check-in fee.

2) If you do not arrive by 9:00 pm (and we have no prior arrangement for a late check-in), your reservation will be deemed void.

GENERAL DISCOUNTS:

Book either of our guest rooms for 3 consecutive nights or more and receive 10% off the total price of your stay!

RESERVATION POLICY:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid during check-in. If paying by credit or debit card, we will need to see your card when you check in.

Due to the time it takes to process your credit card, we cannot accept a reservation made less than 48 hours from the planned check-in date.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Visa and Mastercard, and can take your billing information over the phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid during check-in. If a cancellation must be made, we will refund the deposit if we are given notice of the cancellation within two weeks or greater time. If we are given less than two weeks notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Also note: After arriving, should you decide to leave earlier than your planned check-out date, we cannot issue a refund for the missed evenings.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

Please be aware that you will be required to sign an invoice showing that you have read & agree to the below policies (which will also be listed on your invoice receipt) when you check-in. If you refuse to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to accommodate you at our bed and breakfast.

A 2-night minimum stay is required when booking either of our guest rooms during a holiday weekend.

When residing outside of your guest room, we require you to be wearing a shirt & bottoms at all times (exception is made for the Apothecary Suite's private outside deck & hot tub). Nudity is not allowed outside of your guest room. Shoes are required when residing outside of the house.

Guests may not enter the kitchen area due to health/sanitation code regulations.

There are no refrigerators in the guest rooms, and Apothecary Inn cannot accommodate guest food or other items in the kitchen unit. If an item needs to be kept cool, please make other arrangements prior to your arrival.

Guests may not enter the pastures or the barn, and we ask that guests do not feed the animals.

Please respect our hard work & the safety of our animals: do not litter in the house or on the property.

Guests are only allowed to use the bedroom and bathroom that they have reserved and paid for.

Guests will be held responsible for any damages done to the room(s) or inn.

Guests are not allowed on the unfinished trout pond deck.

In the event that guests lose or damage the gate clicker or keys, a $30 charge will be rendered to their credit/debit card.

If reserving the Apothecary Suite for more than 2 people (maximum occupancy in the Apothecary Suite is 3 people total), we charge a flat fee of $25 per additional person for up to a 3 nights' stay. For reservations longer than that, please contact us for the extra person fee.
