Reservations & Policies



We give a 10% total discount if you book a room for 3 consecutive nights or more!



Reservation Policy: We require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid during check-in. If paying by credit or debit card, we will need to see your card when you check in.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as checks & cash (if paying by the latter two methods, we will need to see & make a copy of your driver's license). However, for both our security and yours, we prefer you pay via credit or debit card.
If you are paying by check, we will hold the room (on the dates requested) for ten business days while we wait for your payment to be received and processed. If we receive no payment after that time, or if your check bounces, the room will again be available for others to reserve.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation, and the remaining balance to be paid during check-in. If a cancellation must be made, we will refund the deposit if we are given notice of the cancellation within two weeks or greater time. If we are given less than two weeks notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Additional Policies at Apothecary Inn: When residing outside of your guest room, we require you to be wearing a shirt at all times. Nudity is not allowed outside of your guest room.

Guests may not enter the kitchen area due to health/sanitation code regulations.

Guests may not enter the pastures or the barn, and we ask that guests do not feed the animals.

We cannot accept reservation requests made less than 24 hours from planned check-in.

Guests will be held responsible for any damages done to the room(s) or inn.

In the event that guests lose or damage the gate clicker or keys, a $30 charge will be rendered to their credit/debit card.

If reserving the Apothecary Suite for more than 2 people, we charge a fee of $25 per additional person (maximum occupancy in the Apothecary Suite is 4 people total).

Apothecary Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen items,

CHECK-IN is at 4:00 pm

CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am


Due to the nature of our establishment, we cannot accept a check-in time any later than 9 pm!

While we make every effort to accommodate guest schedules & circumstances, please note the following:

1) If you are checking in at 6 pm or later, there will be a $20 late check-in fee.

2) If you do not arrive by 9:00 pm (and we have no prior arrangement for a late check-in), and we receive no courtesy call warning us of a later arrival, your reservation will be deemed void.



Breakfast is at 8:00 am sharp! Coffee & snacks will be placed in the dining room at 7:30 am for those earlier risers...
